You do not wish to pay the balance of your accommodation. However, your reservation is scheduled for a period that is not currently covered by any restrictions or a decision by the authorities in the coronavirus crisis.


Therefore, even though we understand that this situation generates discomfort and uncertainty, so far, there is no indication that you will not be able to stay in the property that you booked during that period. However, rest assured that if the holiday home you have chosen cannot be accessed on the date of your reservation, you can reschedule your stay on the dates and place of your choice in accordance with the procedure outlined in our FAQ : http://covid19.ardennes-etape.com/en/support/home 


We must also clarify that even though Ardennes-Etape offers the possibility of paying in several instalments, this does not hinder your initial commitment to the homeowner who has blocked his/her schedule to welcome you. Therefore, our general conditions apply to your reservation, which state that non-payment of the remaining balance due within the stipulated deadlines would result in the cancellation of your booking, causing you to lose your deposit.


We do not wish this to happen, so we invite you to comply with the payment schedule on which we have agreed.
