We kindly ask you to verify your IBAN account number and BIC code directly on your Ardennes-Etape customer account. To do this, simply log into your account and go to the "My details" section. You must enter or verify your bank account in the “IBAN” box, as well as your “BIC” code. You can find the BIC code on the back of your bank card or an account statement from your bank. Once you have added or modified your banking details, you can click on "Modify my data". Your banking details will be saved. If your deposit has been paid to Ardennes-Etape, we will refund it as soon as possible.
