If your deposit has already been paid to Ardennes-Etape, it will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible.
For a smooth transaction, we kindly ask you to verify your IBAN account and the BIC code via your Ardennes-Etape customer account. To do this, simply log into your customer account and go to the "My details" section. You must enter or verify your bank account in the “IBAN” box, as well as your “BIC” code. This BIC code can be found on the back of your bank card or an account statement from your bank. Once you have added or modified your banking details, you can click on "Modify my data". Your banking details will be saved.
